
Our History
Our ACA Compliance and Reporting services were born out of the retirement plan administration firm, Summit Benefit & Actuarial Services in 2012. In 2021 when Summit sold to EGPS, Jeff and Greg formed United ACA Solutions, retaining our awesome ACA team. There are currently seven of us.
The ACA’s Employer Mandate compliance and reporting, State Individual Mandate reporting and Providers of Minimum Essential Coverage reporting is all we do.
Our clients are spread across the US and range from small grocery stores under 50 employees just needing to monitor their staffing numbers in relation to the Employer Mandate to large School Districts, counties, and hospitals with thousands of employees.
